As a wealth management company in the secondary market, we know transaction diplomacy is a great virtue but so is clarity, and diplomacy without our clarity is just undiplomatic, so having direct communication is important for us to pursue any transaction, which is why direct communication is the main feature of our company, and the importance of being direct resolves many situations, especially with new files that show a nuanced behaviour, which is critical that our directness in diplomacy to communications can go a long way for us to pursue any real transactions. But let's not forget, We are Direct, so our main priority is protecting our partners and institutions, and investors' reputations at all times.


Being assertive in needing to be in direct communication, does not mean we as a company are being cold and hard, we just need to avoid any tendency of conflict or presentation from individuals who are trying to skirt directness, which is often seen by us as a plain waste of time.

Were always self-aware of sensitive files, which is always important for consultants or brokers to communicate their thoughts, ideas or opinions in as little few words as possible, which leaves no room for effective misinterpretation. We also have time and respect for parties who can resolve any issues on files before they are presented to us. We also view files with Poor performance of past files as a disturbance, which could make us review any future transactions seriously.
